Papaya, Ham and Feta Cheese Sandwich - Recipe

Wash and cut the papaya in slices; slice the red onion. Slice the Shitake mushrooms.
On one slice of Italian Ciabatta, add some crumbled feta cheese, then lay a whole leaf of lettuce. Top with the papaya and the red onion.
Add two smoked turkey slices, the pickles cut in halves and the roasted bell peppers. Top with the fresh sliced Shitake mushrooms.
Dress with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
Fold with the remaining Italian Ciabatta slice and serve.
