Wash, clean and cut in pieces broccoli and cauliflowers.
Place broccoli and cauliflowers in a large pot and add enough water to cover them. Add the bouillon and bring to boil.
Once boiling, let simmer for about 15 minutes or until the vegetables are well cooked.
Turn off the heat, let cool down for a few minutes and then blend with an immersion or tabletop blender to obtain a smooth, creamy soup.
Reheat on the stove, stirring. Adjust with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with the chopped walnuts.
For a richer and creamier soup you can add one/two tablespoons of heavy whipping cream before serving.
