Nutella and Macaroons Mousse - Recipe

  • Nutella (small)

    1 jar
  • Heavy Whipping Cream

    10 oz
  • Amaretti (Macaroons)

    6 oz
  • Egg Whites

Cooking Directions:

Crumble the macaroons and transfer them in a large bowl, big enough to work in it all the ingredients together.

Add the Nutella and mix very well.

At this point add the egg whites at stiff peaks and the whipped cream and stir well to mix all the ingredients.

Transfer the Nutella and Macaroons Mousse in 6 dessert bowls and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.


You can top the mousse with some chopped hazelnuts or with some crumbled or whole macaroons (amaretti).
