Carob and Nuts Cookies - Recipe
This easy and quick recipe for carob and nuts cookies is a great alternative to the usual chocolate based desserts! Perfect after a meal or as a sweet bite for an afternoon tea. A delicious and yummy treat when craving sweets!

In a large bowl mix the melted unsalted butter, sugar, salt, milk and vanilla extract.
Add the whole eggs and stir well until well mixed.
While stirring, slowly add the sifted flour and the carob powder. Mix until well incorporated.
When you have obtained a smooth and lump free cookie dough, add the baking powder and the chopped pine nuts.
For each cookie, drop a tablespoon of dough on a lightly greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the oven, pre-heated at 350F for about 15-18 minutes
When ready, remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
