Cream of Cauliflowers with Cinnamon - Recipe

Wash and clean the cauliflower heads. Cut the flowers and the stem in large pieces.
Place them in a large pot. Add 4 cups of broth and cook for about 15-20 minutes at low-medium heat until the cauliflowers are tender and fully cooked.
Remove the pot from heat and let cool a little.
Blend the cauliflowers together with their broth until you obtain a creamy and smooth textured cream.
Transfer the cauliflower cream back into the pan. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
Re-heat for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Add some more broth if desired.
Transfer the cream of cauliflowers into single serving bowls and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Instead of broth you can use 4 cups of water and a bouillon.
You can substitute the ground cinnamon with either paprika, black pepper or ground nutmeg.
