Tangy Lemon Pork Loin - Recipe
Tangy Lemon Pork Loin is a surprisingly easy recipe with an exceptional result. Your guests will be delighted with this tender and tangy pork loin meal. Best served with a potato side either fried, baked or mashed.

Cut 2 lemons in thin slices. Lay them in an oven baking pan.
Cut the Pork loin in 2 inches height slices and lay them over the lemon slices.
Cover the pork loin with the slices of bacon.
Squeeze two lemons and with half of the obtained juice drizzle the meat.
Preheat the oven at 400F and cook the Tangy Lemon Pork Loin for 30 minutes. Drizzle with the remaining lemon juice to keep the meat moisten. Cook for additional 30 minutes or until ready.
Serve hot garnishing with the baked lemon slices.
